Chief Consultant — Engineering Services
With 36 years in upstream onshore and offshore engineering, Mr. Ramachandran leads our engineering consulting practice — covering project engineering, design reviews, reliability engineering, commissioning and O&M. His recent leadership as Project Engineering Head at Cairn Oil & Gas included onshore well-hook-up projects and surface facility developments, and he has deep experience in installation, commissioning and operations of petrochemical complexes.
Shirish B. Sonar —
Senior Advisor
A veteran with 40 years focused on commissioning, safe operations, maintenance and turnaround/shutdown leadership in refineries and petrochemicals, Mr. Shirish Sonar advises on operational readiness and reliability. His career includes key roles such as commissioning leader at CCJV (McDermott), maintenance leadership at YANSAB (SABIC, Saudi Arabia) and senior maintenance management at Reliance Industries. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from M.S. University, Vadodara.
Core strengths: Commissioning leadership, turnaround & shutdown planning, operational safety and maintenance governance.
Ruchira Das —
Chief Learning Officer
Mrs. Ruchira Das leads our people development and learning initiatives, blending 15 years of experience in soft-skills training, training needs analysis, instructional design and organizational development. She holds an MBA in HR & Operations from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and a BE (Electronics & Telecom). Her background includes project management at Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd and facilitation & coaching at MIT-Pune.

Abhay Pratap Singh — Founder & Managing Director
Founder and MD Mr. Abhay Pratap Singh combines 17 years of hands-on experience in project management, maintenance planning, reliability engineering, CMMS and turnaround/shutdown management for oil & gas and petrochemical assets. He has held roles at Cairn Oil & Gas, EQUATE (Kuwait) and Reliance Industries (Dahej), leading reliability and maintenance transformation initiatives. Mr. Abhay holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in General Management from IIM Nagpur.
Biraja Prasanna Das — Co-Founder & Director (Projects)
Mr. B.P. Das is a seasoned projects leader with ~25 years delivering complex surface-facility projects — from well hook-ups and well-pad developments to long-distance insulated pipelines and city gas distribution networks. He has executed multi-million to billion-dollar projects for clients such as GAIL, RIL and HPCL while working with organizations like MECON, Tractebel and Wood. Mr. Das holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Core strengths: EPC project execution, pipeline & infrastructure delivery, large-scale project coordination, client-facing project leadership.
Yogesh Kumar Singh — Chief Technical Advisor & Coach
A global authority in upstream and midstream oil & gas, Mr. Yogesh (Y.K.) Singh brings nearly 45 years of senior-level experience across operations, project delivery, maintenance and safety. He has led technical programs and audits at top organizations including ONGC, Cairn Oil & Gas, Baker Hughes, KPMG and DNV, and is an expert in gas-turbine O&M, brownfield development, retrofits/overhauls, artificial lifts (ESP), process safety and AIML applications for operations. Mr. Singh holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee.
Core strengths: Strategic technical leadership, O&M optimization, retrofit & brownfield execution, safety & maintenance program rollouts.
